Data Deletion

This page describes how to request deletion of your personal data stored by Postig, in compliance with LGPD/GDPR and Meta's policies.

1. What gets deleted

Your account and credentials. Generated content (texts, images, carousels). Instagram/Facebook access tokens (revoked immediately). Business account IDs and linked Pages. Usage history. Only legally required records are retained.

2. How to request — via the Platform

Go to postig.com.br/login, sign in, navigate to Settings → Delete account, confirm.

3. How to request — via email

Email [email protected] from your registered email, with subject "Data deletion".

4. How to request — via Instagram/Facebook

Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → remove "Postig". Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove "Postig". We receive an automatic notification and start deletion.

5. Timeline

Tokens are revoked immediately. Other personal data is removed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation.

6. Confirmation Code

Requests via Meta (Data Deletion Callback) receive a unique confirmation code. To check status, email that code to [email protected].
