1. About the Service
Postig is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to help professionals and businesses create, organize, and publish social media content — especially on Instagram — via official Meta Platforms, Inc. integrations.
2. Account & Registration
An email and password are required to create an account. Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and must be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to produce illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit content, content that violates copyright or Meta/Instagram policies. Spam, abusive automation, and security compromise attempts are also prohibited.
4. Meta / Instagram Integration
By connecting your account, you authorize Postig to publish on your behalf according to OAuth permissions. The connection can be revoked anytime. Postig is not liable for Meta API changes, account suspensions, or penalties resulting from User misuse.
5. Generated Content
Content (text, images, carousels) generated by the User belongs to the User, subject to AI provider terms. You are solely responsible for the use, publication, and accuracy of generated content.
6. Plans & Payment
We offer a free plan with monthly limits and paid plans with extended quotas. Prices and terms are shown on the Platform and may change with notice. Non-payment results in suspension of paid features.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, Postig is not liable for lost profits, account suspensions, third-party provider unavailability, or indirect damages.
8. Cancellation & Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time via Settings or by email. Details about data processing and deletion are in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Venue: the User's domicile for consumer disputes, except as required by law.
